MARA SERENA
Perched on the saddle of a hill, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge has one of the most spectacular views imaginable across the vast plains, forests and rivers that make up the Masai Mara - one of the world's richest wildlife sanctuaries. It is on this very terrain that the annual migration takes place when millions of zebra, wildebeest and gazelle cross the plains below, on their way to the rich new grasses of the Serengeti. This is a spectacle that should be witnessed at least once in a lifetime.
 The hotel has been designed to mirror a traditional Masai village or Manyatta and all the guest rooms are located in individual domed huts grouped in a circular manner. The furnishings of each room have been inspired by traditional Masai art and each one has a private balcony with views that stretch over the vast African landscape.
 
MARA SIMBA LODGE
Mara Simba was conceived, not just as an overnight stop but as a safari resort, as the ultimate lodge in the Masai Mara. The emphasis is on exclusivity and comfort, the ambiance is Maasai, the decor incorporating ethnic design elements from the culture of the proud tribe in whose realm the lodge is set. The grounds extend almost a kilometre along the Talek River. The river bank is left in its virgin state, while further back lush, landscaped gardens of indeginous plants and trees, attract colourful birds and butterflies. Wide, well-lit pathways link guest rooms and public areas. The lodge, overlooking a dramatic bend in the river, is designed to complement its natural setting.
Mara Simba is the only lodge in Kenya which has installed a Waste Water Treatment Plant. This plant treats all the sewage and produces crystal clear water which is then used for irrigation. The 84 guest rooms, arranged in clusters of 6 in each natural wood and stone banda (4 rooms on the ground floor, 2 interconnecting rooms on the first floor), comprise 60 twin rooms, 12 double, 4 double + single and 8 triple rooms. They all have ensuite showers, tiled bathrooms with natural granite and twyfords, (UK) bathroom fittings. Each spacious room, which can easily accommodate an extra bed, opens onto its own private verandah with uninterrupted views across the river. All the rooms have a magnificent view of the Talek river and the surroundings from the verandah. The rooms are big enough to add extra beds if required.
THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY GOLF RESORT A short drive from the well-maintained Pan African Highway, the Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort is just one and a half hours’ drive from Nairobi – or a 30-minute flight to its own all-weather airstrip. Its location midway between the Samburu and Maasai Mara reserves makes the lodge the perfect stopover between the country’s top safari destinations – and an ideal alternative to a night in a city hotel. The Great Rift Valley Lodge sits at about 7,000 feet, from which elevation it enjoys magnificent views to the west and east. The vistas stretch from the shimmering waters of Lake Naivasha to the jagged volcanic crater of Mount Longonot and, beyond, the sloping shoulders of the Aberdare Mountains – Kenya’s most important watershed. The Great Rift Valley Lodge offers 21 twin and 9 double rooms, all with private balconies overlooking the spectacular valley floor. The rooms are located in spacious two- and three- storey blocks, and are beautifully furnished  with large four-poster beds, handmade wooden furniture, African prints, and modern en suite bathrooms. Several of the rooms have interlinking doors that convert them into spacious family suites. Alternative accommodation is offered in 10 private cottages that overlook the sweeping fairways of the golf course. These sophisticated retreats offer two, three or four bedrooms, beautifully furnished lounges and dining rooms, and the same magnificent views throughout.
AMBOSELI SERENA
In the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain, besides a copse of giant Acacia trees and a gently flowing natural spring stands Amboseli Serena Lodge, one of Africa's finest Lodges. With Kilimanjaro’s 6,000-meter-high snow-capped peaks presiding over the landscape, the scenery is picturesque.Influenced by native architecture, the property is in perfect harmony with its environment. Interiors are inspired by distinctive African design motifs.
Each room is individually appointed with authentic Africana and murals painted by a renowned local artist. There are 96 guest rooms, all with attached bath and shower. Specifically, there are 86 two twin beds, 10 one twin beds and 17 pairs of interconnecting rooms.
 Overlooking the saltlick and floodlit waterhole, the open-air dining room serves guests sumptuous international menus, buffets and barbecues alongside authentic African dishes.The full service bar - located next to the dining room - serves fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee, cocktails, wines, spirits and liqueurs. There is another small bar by the outdoor pool. Large outdoor swimming pool with fresh towels and pool beds provided. Overlooking the sparkling swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens, the verandah also offers guests exceptional game viewing.
SAMBURU INTREPIDS CLUB Samburu Intrepids Club is a luxury-tented camp in the midst of the rugged and savagely beautiful semi arid desert of northern Kenya. Located in the Samburu National Reserve on the banks of the Uaaso Nyiro River, the club offers unique game viewing in its immediate surroundings. Located 345 kilometers north of Nairobi, the journey to the camp involves a 50-minute flight to the Samburu airstrip followed by a 20-minute drive through the reserve. The luxurious tented camp offers 27 modern tents with a private view over the wildlife-rich riverbanks.  The tent has soft four-poster beds, mahogany closets and desks, and en suite bathrooms with steaming hot showers. The bathrooms also offer twin washbasins, flush toilets, and sockets for shavers and battery charging. The tented camp roofing is all palm-thatched, and is raised on stilts to catch the cooling breeze blowing off the river.
SHIMBA HILLS LODGE
Set deep in the heart of the ancient African tropical rainforest is Shimba Hills; it is cleverly constructed in indigenous timber that blends perfectly with the luxuriant forest vegetation. Just 45 minutes from Diani's silver beaches, Shimba Hills National Reserve's 192 sq. km rolling down rainforest has been reserved for Kenya's last breeding herds of Sable antelope. Elephant, buffalo, civet, serval and genet cat share this scenic home, and can be sighted most evenings at Shimba's floodlit waterholes. In addition, a real treat for our guests is the frequent visits by members of the unusual high leopard population.
 All rooms are comfortable, and uniquely furnished; some with the gnarled trunk of a tree providing a natural centerpiece, and others overlooking the waterhole. Single, double and triple rooms share the bathroom facilities. Suites have private bathrooms. The open fronted dining room allows unrestricted game and bird viewing at all times. An elevated walkway extending well into the forest gives peace-seeking visitors, a few rare moments alone with nature.
